On July 1, 2023 the Blue and Red Special Friends Bowling teams gathered together for a rare group event. This is the first time since the COVID-19 virus outbreak that all Special Friends bowled together. Post COVID-19 we divided into two smaller groups, that bowl on alternate Saturdays, to accommodate an increasing number of bowlers and lane availability.
We had 44 bowlers in attendance, spread accross 17 lanes. Lots of family and friends were in the gallery cheering on every single bowler. It was a fun and noisy bunch. Three of our bowlers won a brand new bowling ball and every bowler was a possible million dollar scratch-off lottery ticket winner.
